Ora Tulum is an adults-only private luxury holistic wellness retreat in Tulum, Mexico. Our immersive retreats combine accommodations, nourishing meals, transportation, wellness experiences, and carefully planned programming in a secluded jungle setting.

Ora Tulum is a fully all-inclusive retreat experience. Your retreat price includes luxury accommodations, all chef-prepared meals featuring Italian, Mexican, and Vegan cuisine, non-alcoholic refreshments, and round-trip airport transportation. It also includes daily housekeeping, yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, massage, Temazcal, bonfire and cultural experiences, and every scheduled wellness and ceremonial experience in your retreat itinerary. Throughout your stay, you have full access to the Ora Spa—including the sauna, hot tubs, ice plunge, and mud bath—as well as the pool, healing pool, private cenote, jungle gym, yoga and meditation spaces, illuminated gardens, and private relaxation areas. Our team provides attentive on-property support from arrival through departure. There are no add-on charges during the retreat.

Our standard retreat is five days and four nights, typically from Wednesday through Sunday. Special programs, private groups, and events may follow a different schedule, which will be stated in the applicable itinerary.

Ora Tulum welcomes adults age 21 and older. Certain activities may require advance screening, informed consent, or facilitator approval. Guests should provide complete and accurate information requested for safety and planning.

Ora Tulum has 15 private accommodations with 16 bedrooms: nine Suites, five One-Bedroom Villas, and one Two-Bedroom Villa. Each Suite and One-Bedroom Villa accommodates one or two guests. The Two-Bedroom Villa accommodates two to four guests.

Yes. Solo guests are welcome at Ora Tulum. You may attend on your own and share the retreat experience with other guests, while still enjoying the privacy of your accommodation.

Yes. Groups are welcome to attend together, with a maximum capacity of 32 guests. To reserve Ora Tulum as a completely private and exclusive retreat for your group, a minimum of 16 guests is required. Groups with fewer than 16 guests may attend together as part of a scheduled retreat that may include other guests.

All meals at Ora Tulum are chef-prepared and included in your retreat. Guests may enjoy their choice of Italian, Mexican, or Vegan cuisine, thoughtfully prepared throughout the experience. Before arrival, we ask about dietary preferences and food allergies so our culinary team can personalize your meals and make sure you are well cared for throughout your stay.

All retreat payments are non-refundable. However, guests may transfer their reservation to another available retreat date one time, provided the request is made at least 30 days before the originally scheduled retreat. The new retreat must take place within 12 months of the original date. Requests made fewer than 30 days before the retreat cannot be accommodated.

We recommend flying into Cancún International Airport because it offers more flight options, more nonstop routes, and often lower fares. Cancún Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Ora Tulum, while Tulum International Airport is approximately 55 minutes away. Although Cancún is slightly farther, the greater flight availability and typically better pricing make it our preferred airport. Round-trip airport transportation is included in your retreat price.

Guests may arrive at any time on Wednesday and depart at any time on Sunday. Our team will accommodate your travel schedule and coordinate your included airport transportation based on your flight arrival and departure times.

Travel insurance is not required, but we recommend it to help protect your retreat investment in case unexpected circumstances affect your travel plans.

We recommend comfortable, lightweight clothing, swimwear, sandals, and sneakers. If you would like to journal during the retreat, please bring a journal. There is no need to pack a hair dryer, iron, clothing steamer, or portable speaker. These amenities are provided, and every accommodation includes a Marshall Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to your personal device.

No. You do not need any previous experience with wellness retreats, yoga, or meditation. Our team will guide you through the scheduled experiences throughout your stay.

No. You are encouraged to participate in the complete retreat experience, but you may choose which scheduled activities feel right for you. Certain ceremonial experiences also require advance screening and facilitator approval.

No. Ora Tulum does not serve alcohol. The retreat environment is designed to support wellness, presence, and meaningful connection.

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel, accommodations, or indoor retreat spaces. Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor smoking area.

Pets are not permitted at Ora Tulum. Service animals are welcome. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your stay.
